Kate Bolton Bonnici

 

Kate Bolton Bonnici is a native of Foley, Alabama.  She received her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2005.  While at NYU, she served on the Moot Court Board and was a Robert McKay Scholar.  Ms. Bonnici graduated from Harvard University in 2001 with a B.A. in Government, cum laude.

 

Ms. Bonnici is a member of the Alabama State Bar (Member, Family Law and Women's Sections), the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Baldwin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Mobile and Baldwin County Bar Associations.  She is also a member of the State Bar of California.  Ms. Bonnici is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Alabama and the Central District of California.  She previously practiced law with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, in Los Angeles and Hand Arendall LLC in Mobile.

 

Ms. Bonnici was a member of the Mobile Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Program Board of Directors and was the VLP Family Law Committee chairperson.  She formerly served as an AmeriCorps member with Habitat for Humanity in Oakland, California.
